Testbed průmyslu 4.0 na FEKT
Testbed Průmyslu 4.0 je modulární zařízení pro výzkum a výuku předmětů zaměřených na průmyslovou automatizaci a technologie Průmyslu 4.0. Celý testbed sestává z několika výrobních buněk umožňujících reorganizaci, manipulátoru sloužícího pro transport kontejneru se vznikajícím produktem mezi buňkami a dopravníku sloužícího pro distribuci vyrobených produktů uživatelům. Jako manipulátor slouží SCARA robot firmy EPSON, jednotlivé buňky jsou pak řízeny prostřednictvím systémů Simatic firmy Siemens. Každá z buněk je vybavená komunikačním zařízením – Asset Administration Shell. V rámci IT infrastruktury buňky existují rovněž softwaroví agenti pro jednotlivé produkty, kteří jsou také vybaveni rozhraním Asset Administration Shell. Prostřednictvím testbedu je tak možno demonstrovat nejen moderními trendy autonomního řízení vyplývajícími z teorémů Průmyslu 4.0, ale také se zabývat kompletní procesní instrumentací, automatizací prostřednictvím programovatelných automatů a dalšími tématy. Každá z autonomních výrobních buněk má vytvořen svůj virtuální model, prostřednictvím kterého je možné simulovat její funkcionalitu po mechanické a procesní stránce.
Výuka
Testbed slouží zejména během výuky předmětu Průmysl 4.0, kdy se jeho prostřednictvím studenti dozvídají informace o moderních trendech vycházejících z principů Průmyslu 4.0 ve výrobních podnicích. Jmenovitě je možné zmínit výuku principů autonomní výroby a Asset Administration Shell. Vzhledem k jeho modulární povaze probíhá na testbedu neustálá inovace, kdy jednotlivé buňky jsou vylepšovány studenty v rámci jejich bakalářských či diplomových prací. Studenti rovněž pracují na tématech, jako jsou zpřístupnění AAS rozhraní do přenosného zařízení pro možnost efektivního zapojení operátora do systému, či na zpřístupnění rozšířené reality pro celou virtuální továrnu.
Výzkum
V této oblasti je Testbed Průmyslu 4.0 orientován především na principy autonomní výroby, multiagentních algoritmů a samozřejmě také Asset Administration Shell a jeho implementaci.

Průmyslovým podnikům testbed dokáže nabídnout vizuálně zajímavou prezentaci možností, které přináší změny, jež jsou součástí poslední průmyslové revoluce.

Not yet, we are working on implementing ZVEI specification.

The testbed needs to be completed mechanically. At the same time, we are also working on the implementation of software and the design of decentralized control algorithms.

Most likely everything described in the previous step. We also plan to put classic production into operation, and have the opportunity to present the differences.

This is a unique way of financing the testbed, which arises as a project of
